My elderly mom started falling, which greatly complicated her multiple small strokes. Keeping her from falling and caring for her increased need for care required more than a facility could provide. We asked Josephine for a little day help so the family could do all the other things that needed to be done. Mom had someone by her side all the time and her falls ceased. As her condition progressed, we asked Josephine for even more help and she was able to scale up the day help to some night help and then to 24/7 care at an astounding speed. Josephine has connections with former nurses, often from the PI and sometimes part-time, who clearly genuinely care for their patients. I didn’t need to manage the schedule, provide days off, etc. … Josephine handled everything and we settled into just four caregivers who coordinated with each other, kept copious notes, tested her vitals, came with her to church, and accompanied us to appointments, took Mom out to parks and all the other things that she needed. I energetically recommend Josephine and all of her caregivers and their ability to give my mom a respectful decline in life living in her own home.
